Our Governing Board has adopted the Circle Model for our structure, which brings all governors together as one governing board, rather than dividing responsibility between separate committees. Its purpose is to ensure governors:

• share a common understanding of the school’s priorities, strengths, risks and challenges;
• take collective responsibility for the strategic direction and effectiveness of the school;
• receive the right information at the right time to question, challenge and support school leaders;
• monitor the impact of the School Development Plan, statutory responsibilities and the school’s Christian vision;
• use focused governor monitoring between meetings to provide independent evidence and assurance;
• make decisions collectively, with clear accountability and a consistent view of the whole school; and
• avoid duplication, unnecessary bureaucracy and the separation of issues that are best considered together.

Our aim:
To make governance focused, joined-up, evidence-informed and purposeful, while ensuring that every governor understands how their contribution supports the whole school.

Our purpose:
To provide effective strategic leadership, accountability and challenge so that every child at All Saints’ flourishes academically, socially, emotionally and spiritually.
