The children will be set 3 tasks per day. These will include 1 piece of English work, 1 piece of maths and 1 other task which may be more 'open ended' and may take more than 1 day to complete.
The children will also have the opportunity to meet a member of their teaching team face to face through a remote meeting. This meeting serves many purposes, for example:
- To say in touch and enjoy the company of their friends and staff
- To practise reading
- To clarify misconceptions
- To teach new content
