Admissions

If you would like your child to attend our school, please see full details of our admission arrangements below.

This document includes details of how to apply, how we allocate places and the over subscription criteria. Please read the documents carefully to avoid any confusion and contact our office if you have any further questions.

Please note, you only have to fill out the supplementary information form if you regularly attend All Saints' Church in Whetstone.  This form should be returned directly to school.  You will however still have to apply through the Barnet admission service.

For further details or clarification please contact the school or the Barnet Admissions Service.  The following website provides greater detail about applications to schools in Barnet.

If you would like to have a tour of the school then please contact the school office who will be happy to arrange this for you.

For Admission in September 2019 to the Reception class and January to September 2020 to the Nursery class

Supplementary Information Forms are only required from parishioners belonging to All Saints' Church and will need to be signed by Father Gregory.

If you attend any other church or do not practise any faith you do not need to supply us with a Supplementary Information Form.

Children can join our Nursery class the term after he or she becomes three years old.  All families wishing to send their children to our Nursery class must apply directly to the school by 1st May in the academic year (September to August) before he or she turns three years old.  Application forms can be obtained from the school office.  For a summer born child, this means applying by May 2018 for a September 2019 start.

Below is a link to the Barnet Council Admissions Website which you will need to access if applying to any school in Barnet.

Applications to join year groups 1 to 6

If you wish your child to join All Saints' at any time other than at the beginning of the Nursery or Reception class, then you should apply directly to Barnet Council via the admissions portal.  There are spaces in some year groups and you are welcome to contact the school to check whether there are currently spaces available.  If the year group is full, then you can place your child on a waiting list.  Places are offered based on our over-subscription criteria used for Reception and nursery entry, when a space becomes available(see the admissions policy for details).  Places are not given based on the length of time a child is on the waiting list.
